As a member of the Board and the Management Team, Joost particularly focuses on the company's growth. Together with Bart, he is the public face of the company. Joost operates in three key areas: Customer acquisition, HR and Compliance. Joost's background is with Van Lanschot Kempen, where he was manager of the Equity Management Services business unit. In 2017, he co-founded Captin with Bart, and together they have ensured the continued growth of the company.
Bart van den Berk

Together with Joost, Bart is the co-founder of Captin. Bart is responsible for the following key areas: Finance, Risk, IT & Operations. Bart's background is with Van Lanschot Kempen where he, too, was manager of the Equity Management Services business unit. In addition, Bart has been a PA to the Management Board of Private & Business Banking, a Senior Business Consultant and a Business Manager Digital & Innovation at Van Lanschot Kempen for several years.
Jurriaan de Zwart

At Captin, Jurriaan is ultimately responsible for all legal matters, including entering into contracts with clients and other external parties and providing advice on financial supervision laws and regulations. Jurriaan has a background as a lawyer with the English law firm Linklaters. Before joining Captin in 2018, Jurriaan was a Business Unit Executive Legal at corporate services provider Vistra.
Tim Heutz

Tim is responsible for product development, IT and innovation. He takes care of the daily management of our IT specialists, Business Consultants and Product Engineers. Tim has a background within Van Lanschot Kempen as Private Banker and Business Project Manager and at Captin he was Manager operations for the past 5 years. Tim has been working within Captin since 2018.
Judith Basten

Judith is responsible for Operations. Judith has a background in private banking. She was manager private banking at Van Lanschot Kempen. And afterwards she worked for several years as an (agile) transformation consultant at VodafoneZiggo. She has a passion for continuous improvement. She will put this experience at use to help Captin realize it’s ambition in achieving operational excellence, so that our customers receive the best service possible. Judith is working with Captin since 2023.
